Epic battle

After 9 days of preparation

Arrived the final day.

It was time for the epic battle,

Everyone did say.

Everyone from the west ,

Till everyone to the east.

Awaited this battle,

Between lord and the beast.

They exchanged blows,

Cuts and bruises.

Death was the penalty,

For the one who looses.

The battle came down,

To the final blow.

When she beheaded the monster,

And his body started to glow.

The body fell down,

And started to bleed.

Paying the price,

For every one of his deed.

She left the battle ground

With a smile on her face

Unaware that the monster,

Had one more ace.

The beheaded body stood up,

With one final thrust.

Disseminated itself,

into rage, greed and lust.

It then entered,

Into every human’s heart.

Tearing it into,

good and evil part

for ages the monster lives,

in our own heart it has been.

It’s time to end this battle,

And kill it from within.
